摘要
环境中沙门氏菌常以生物被膜的形式存在,生物被膜增强了沙门氏菌对化学消毒剂的抗性,相较于浮游态,生物被膜形态沙门氏菌更难清除。噬菌体以其独特的生物学特性,成为新型生物被膜清除方法研究热点,噬菌体可以清除不同物体表面的生物被膜,在外部环境消毒、细菌性疾病治疗、食品行业消毒中均有良好的应用前景。文章对沙门氏菌生物被膜的形成、危害及利用噬菌体清除生物被膜的应用进行综述,为研究新型清除沙门氏菌生物被膜方法提供参考。
Salmonella often exists in the form of biofilm in the environment.The biofilm enhanced the resistance of Salmonella to chemical disinfectants.Salmonella in biofilm form is more difficult to remove than in planktonic state.Phage,with its unique biological characteristics,has become a research hotspot of new biofilm removal methods.It can remove biofilm on different surfaces,and has a good application prospect in external environment disinfection,bacterial disease treatment and food industry disinfection.In the paper,the formation and harm of biofilm of Salmonella and the application of bacteriophage to remove biofilm were reviewed.It provides a reference for studying a new method to remove Salmonella biofilm.
