美国红枫‘秋日梦幻’扦插育苗研究

摘要 为提高美国红枫‘秋日梦幻’扦插繁育技术,采用L_(9)(3~4)正交设计对美国红枫‘秋日梦幻’进行扦插繁育试验,研究插穗木质化程度(A)、基质(B)、植物生长调节剂(C)和药剂浓度(D)4种因素对‘秋日梦幻’扦插生根的影响。结果表明:植物生长调节剂是影响‘秋日梦幻’扦插生根的主要因素,其次是插穗木质化程度、基质、药剂浓度影响不显著。最优因素水平组合为A_(2)B_(3)C_(2)D_(3),即选用‘秋日梦幻’当年生半木质化枝条为插穗,体积比例为1∶4的草炭与珍珠岩为扦插基质,采用浓度为1000mg/L的NAA进行速蘸处理生根效果最好。 In order to improve the cu tting propagation technology of Acer rubrum ‘Autumn Fantasy',L_9(3~4)orthogonal design was used to carry out the cutting propagation experiment of Acer rubrum‘Autumn Fantasy',the effects of four factors degree of cuttings type(A),substrates(B),plant growth regulators(C) and concentration(D)on rooting of cuttings were studied.The results showed that plant growth regulators was the main factor affecting the rooting of cuttings,followed by the degree of lignification of cuttings and the substrate.The optimum combination of factors was A_2B_3C_2D_3,namely,the semi-lignified branches of Acer rubrum‘Autumn Dream'were selected as cuttings,the cutting media of peat and perlite at the ratio of 1 ∶4,NAA at the concentration of 1000mg/L had the best rooting effect.
