摘要
为了提高青海云杉种子发芽率和幼苗生长量,研究了苗床不同保湿措施对土壤湿度、温度、种子发芽率和幼苗保存率、生长量的影响。结果表明:苗床不同保湿措施均提高了种子发芽率、幼苗保存率和生长量。不同保湿措施中苗床遮阴的综合效果最佳,其种子发芽率、幼苗保存率、株高和根长分别为85.3%、80.4%、54.1mm和46.6mm,较对照苗床裸露(CK)分别提高了25.5个百分点、30.2个百分点、7.8%和16.2%,与对照苗床裸露(CK)的差异均达到极显著水平(P<0.01)。
In order to increase seed germination rate and seedling growth of Picea crassifolia Kom.,the effects of different seedbed moisturizing measure on soil humidity,temperature,seed germination rate and seedling survival rate,growth were studied.The result showed that the seed germination rate,seedling survival rate and growth of different seedbed moisturizing measures were increased.The comprehensive effect of seedbed shaded was the best in different moisturizing measures,whose seedling germination rate,seedling survival rate,plant height and root length were 85.3%,80.4%,54.1mm and 46.6mm separately,which were increased 25.5%,30.2%,7.8% and 16.2% than CK,the differences were reached to extremely significant level compare to CK(P<0.01).
