Educational Performance and Contemporary Enlightenment of Yan Xishan's Thoughts on Village Administration Construction in the Republic of China

民国时期阎锡山主政山西期间,在山西村政建设中曾大力发展教育事业,通过学校教育、家庭教育以及社会教育使山西的教育水平得到了一定的提高。从普通民众、知识分子以及地方官员多元化视角剖析民国时期山西村政建设中的教育绩效,探究其在教育方面的成效与经验,为当代乡村振兴计划中教育事业的发展提供借鉴。

During the reign of Yan Xishan in the Republic of China,the country had greatly developed educational undertakings in village administration construction.Through school education,family education and social education,the educational level of Shanxi had been improved to a certain extent.From the perspectives of the ordinary people,intellectuals and local officials,this paper analyzes the educational performance in village administration construction of Shanxi Province in the Republic of China,and explores its effect and experience in education to provide reference for education development in the contemporary rural revitalization.
