中国古代儒家职业生涯思想既兼采各家所长又独具特色,在内容上主要包括生涯发展阶段论、生涯演进路线图、社会分工与职业选择、修养功夫与生涯发展等。这些思想与现代西方的职业生涯思想相比,不仅其科学性被后者所印证,而且其在很多方面比后者更深邃,因而也成为当代中国职业生涯研究不容忽视的重要本土资源。

The ancient Chinese Confucian career thought not only draws on the strengths of each school,but also has its own characteristics.In terms of content,it mainly includes career development stage theory,career evolution roadmap,social division of labor and career choice,cultivation and career development.Compared with modern western career thoughts,these thoughts are not only scientifically confirmed by the latter,but also more profound than the latter in many aspects,so they have become important local resources that can not be ignored in contemporary Chinese career research.
