摘要
为提高电子信息类专业本科生科研能力的培养质量,在研究国内大学SRTP的基础上,通过反向设计,科研能力训练采取了三种培养措施。从宏观角度出发,在培养方案中隐含三级论文制;从微观角度出发,在教学考核中嵌入科研必备要素;从个性角度出发,在科研训练中引入学业导师制。最后给出了采取如上三种培养措施时所暴露的主要问题及其相应的措施建议。
In order to improve the quality of training undergraduate students in the field of electronic information,based on the research on SRTP in domestic universities,three training measures have been taken for scientific research ability training through reverse design.From the macro perspective,a three-level thesis system is implicit in the training plan;From the micro perspective,the essential elements of scientific research are embedded in teaching assessment;From the personality perspective,academic tutorial system is introduced into scientific research training.Finally,the main problems exposed when using the above three cultivation measures and corresponding measures and suggestions are provided.
