摘要
为提高间位芳纶织物的舒适性和抗紫外性,出于绿色环保考虑,纺制棉/芳纶包芯纱,并制成织物,用天然染料茜草对织物进行染色,测试其各项性能。结果表明:茜草染色后的棉/芳纶包芯纱织物在紫外线照射后拉伸断裂强度下降率最低,经过4.5、9.0、18.0 h紫外线照射后,强力分别降低1.9%、4.3%、8.3%,与纯芳纶织物相比大大提高了织物抗紫外老化性能;相较于纯芳纶织物,棉/芳纶包芯纱织物的透气率提高7.6%,透湿量增加6.3%,芯吸高度增加16.9%,抗弯刚度下降24.7%,整体提高了织物舒适性。
In order to improve the comfort and UV resistance of meta-aramid fabrics with the green considerations,cotton/aramid core yarn was spun and woven into fabrics,which was later dyed with the natural madder dye to test their properties.The results showed that:the tensile breaking strength decline rate of cotton/aramid core yarn fabrics dyed with natural madder dye decreased the least after UV irradiation,the strength decreased by 1.9%,4.3%and 8.3%after 4.5 h,9.0 h and 18.0 h of UV irradiation,while the UV resistance of the fabrics was greatly improved compared with pure aramid fabrics.Compared with pure aramid fabrics,cotton/aramid core yarn fabrics showed a 7.6%increase in air permeability,a 6.3%increase in moisture permeability,a 16.9%increase in wicking height,and a 24.7%decrease in bending stiffness,resulting in an overall improvement in fabric comfort.
