水资源综合价值估算探索——以长沙县金井镇为例

Exploration on Estimation of Comprehensive Value of Water Resources:Take Jinjing Town of Changsha County as an Example

水资源是人类生存必不可少的自然资源。基于经济学的视角探讨水资源的经济价值和生态价值是科学保护水资源的基础,对于水资源的实际保护具有重要意义。本文分析了相关研究成果,概述比较了当前水资源价值的估算方法,最后结合市场水价法和当量因子法对长沙县金井镇的水资源价值进行实证研究,以期总结得到一套科学易操作的水资源综合价值的核算方法思路,为水资源价值核算提供可应用的建议。

Water is an indispensable natural resource for human survival.Exploring the economic value and ecological value of water resources from the perspective of economics is the basis for scientific protection of water resources,and is of great significance to the actual protection of water resources.This paper organizes and analyzes the relevant research results according to the literature research method,and summarizes and compares the current water resource value estimation methods.Finally,an empirical study on the value of water resources in Jinjing County is carried out by combining the market water price method and the equivalent factor method.In order to summarize and obtain a set of scientific and easy-to-operate accounting methods for the comprehensive value of water resources,and provide applicable suggestions for the accounting of water resources value.
