综采工作面钻孔切顶卸压与端头顶板管理技术

摘要 为了有效解决余吾煤业N2106工作面回采期间采空区与上下端头顶板支护问题,利用数字建模技术,模拟了不同支护方案下顶板围岩的应力分布变化,得出按照间距300 mm、排距2000 mm的参数施工卸压钻孔的优化方案。使用钻孔窥视仪观察孔内裂隙发育情况,得出应力影响范围为顶板2.5~4 m范围的结论。采取超前支护措施后,有效控制了端头顶板。 In order to effectively solve the problem of goaf and upper and lower end roof support during the mining period of the N2106 working face in Yuwu Coal Industry,digital modeling technology is used to simulate the stress distribution changes of roof surrounding rock under different support schemes.An optimized scheme for constructing pressure relief drilling is obtained according to parameters with a spacing of 300 mm and a row spacing of 2000 mm.The development conditions of cracks in the holes is observed using a borehole peeper,and the conclusion is drawn that the stress influence range is within the range of 2.5-4 m of the roof,after adopting advanced support measures,the end roof is effectively controlled.
