摘要
鲍店煤矿工作面支架原回撤工艺存在回撤效率慢、工作人员多、劳动强度大等问题,支架回撤影响工作面回撤进度,以液压支架调移装置和单轨吊机车设备为基础,设计支架快速回撤新工艺,并在5312工作面进行实践应用。结果表明:支架回撤仅用12 d完成,大幅度提高了回撤效率,节省费用35万元,安全经济效益显著。
The original withdrawal process of the support in the working face of Baodian Coal Mine has problems such as slow withdrawal efficiency,large number of workers,and high labor intensity.The withdrawal of the support affects the withdrawal progress of the working face.Based on the hydraulic support adjustment device and monorail crane locomotive equipment,a new rapid withdrawal process of the support is designed and applied in practice on the 5312 working face.The results show that the support withdrawal is completed in only 12 days,significantly improving the withdrawal efficiency,saving 350,000 yuan in costs,and achieving significant safety and economic benefits.
