水压预裂技术在工作面坚硬顶板中的应用

摘要 杭来湾煤矿工作面易形成大面积悬顶,悬顶集中突然垮落严重威胁安全生产。鉴于此,开展了水压预裂技术研究应用工作,利用高压水的压裂卸压、注水软化作用形成预制裂缝,削弱悬顶整体强度。在30201工作面施工压裂钻孔2340 m,采用3ZSB80/62-90型水泵实施高压注水预裂。应用效果表明,该技术能够实现工作面坚硬顶板周期性有序垮落,有效避免大面积悬顶集中垮落风险。 The working face of Hanglaiwan Coal Mine is prone to the formation of large area suspended roof,and the sudden collapse of the concentrated suspended roof seriously threatens safety production.In view of this,research and application work on hydraulic presplitting technology is carried out,utilizing the fracturing pressure relief and water injection softening effects of high pressure water to form prefabricated cracks and weaken the overall strength of the suspended roof.At the 30201 working face,a fracturing borehole of 2340 m is constructed,and high pressure water injection presplitting is carried out using a 3ZSB80/62-90 type water pump.The application results show that this technology can achieve periodic and orderly collapse of the hard roof in the working face,effectively avoiding the risk of the concentrated collapse of the large area suspended roof.
