双侧采动叠加应力影响下盘区巷道加固技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对寺河矿东翼回风二巷受工作面双侧采动影响导致巷道围岩大幅变形的问题,通过现场监测与钻孔窥视的方法,提出东翼回风二巷两侧煤帮浅孔注浆加固+围岩表面喷浆+强力锚索补强联合支护技术。矿压监测表明:1^(#)测点顶底板移近量最大值30 mm,两帮移近量最大值40 mm,2^(#)测点顶底板移近量最大值50mm,两帮移近量最大值60 mm。回风二巷经注浆加固+锚索补强后,围岩变形得到有效控制,满足现场安全生产需求。 Aiming at the problem of significant deformation of the roadway surrounding rock in the east wing return air No.2 roadway of Sihe Mine due to the influence of bilateral mining on the working face,a combined support technology of shallow hole grouting reinforcement on both sides of the east wing return air roadway,surface grouting of the surrounding rock,and strong anchor cable reinforcement is proposed through on-site monitoring and drilling observation.The monitoring of mine pressure shows that the maximum displacement amount of the top and bottom plates at the 1^(#) test point is 30 mm,the maximum displacement amount of the two sides is 40 mm,the maximum displacement amount of the top and bottom plates at the 2^(#) test point is 50 mm,and the maximum displacement amount of the two sides is 60 mm.After grouting reinforcement+anchor cable reinforcement,the deformation of the surrounding rock in the return air No.2 roadway is effectively controlled,meeting the on-site safety production needs.
