二分层采空区下锚网支护的研究与应用

摘要 柴里煤矿63_(下)06综放工作面开采二叠系山西组3煤,63_(下)06运输巷沿3煤底板上界面施工,煤层赋存稳定。3606工作面上分层已开采,63_(下)06运输巷由于顶煤较薄,在巷道掘进时,如果采用工字钢架棚支护工艺,巷道来压时,顶煤容易垮落,巷道顶部与上分层采空区就会构成裂隙,63_(下)06运输巷的风就会向上分层采空区漏风,存在工作面采空区自然发火风险。针对该情况,经过研究、反复对比论证,决定改变63_(下)06运输巷施工层位,在保证63_(下)06运输巷顶板顶煤厚度大于3.0 m的前提_(下)破煤层底板掘进施工,采取锚网梯+锚梁支护,消除与上分层采空区构成的裂隙,保证不漏风,消除工作面采空区自然发火风险。经过实施证明,此种支护方式探索应用效果良好,具有推广可复制性。 The 63_(lower) 06 fully mechanized caving working face of Chaili Coal Mine is used to mine the 3rd coal seam of the Permian Shanxi Formation.The 63_(lower) 06 transportation roadway is constructed along the upper interface of the 3rd coal seam floor,and the coal seam is stable in occurrence.The upper layer of the 3606 working face has been mined.Due to the thin top coal of the 63_(lower) 06 transportation roadway,if the I-beam shed support technology is used during roadway excavation,the top coal is prone to collapse when the roadway is pressed,and cracks will form between the top of the roadway and the upper layer goaf.The air from the 63_(lower) 06 transportation roadway will leak towards the upper layer goaf,posing a risk of spontaneous combustion in the goaf of the working face.In response to this situation,after research and repeated comparison and argumentation,it has been decided to change the construction layer of the 63_(lower) 06 transportation roadway.On the premise of ensuring that the thickness of the top coal of the 63_(lower) 06 transportation roadway is greater than 3.0 m,the coal seam floor excavation construction is carried out.Anchor mesh ladder and anchor beam support are adopted to eliminate the cracks formed with the upper layered goaf,ensure no air leakage,and eliminate the risk of spontaneous combustion in the goaf of the working face.After implementation,it has been proven that this support method has good exploration and application effects,and has the ability to promote and replicate.
