摘要
以添加了超微粒陶瓷的Sorona纤维和普通涤纶长丝合股纱为原料,对织物预定型和染整工艺进行优化,开发了Sorona合股长丝针织面料。对Sorona针织物进行了远红外、抗菌、尺寸稳定性、吸湿排汗和透气性等多项性能测试。测试结果表明,Sorona针织面料具备良好的远红外和抗菌性能,各项服用性能指标均符合要求。
Sorona composite filament knitted fabric is developed using Sorona fiber with ultrafine ceramic particles and ordinary polyester filament composite yarn as raw materials by optimizing the pre-setting,dyeing and finishing process.Various performance tests are conducted on Sorona knitted fabric,including far-infrared,antibacterial,dimensional stability,moisture absorption and sweat wicking,and breathability.The test results indicate that Sorona knitted fabric has good far-infrared and antibacterial properties,and all wear performance indicators meet the requirements.
