蒙脱石散结合双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片治疗小儿急性肠胃炎的临床效果观察

Observation on the clinical effect of montmorillonite powder combined with live combined bifidobacterium and lactobacillus tablets in the treatment of acute gastroenteritis in children

目的 分析蒙脱石散结合双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片(商品名:金双歧)治疗小儿急性肠胃炎的临床效果。方法 67例急性肠胃炎患儿为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(33例)与观察组(34例)。对照组实施蒙脱石散治疗,观察组在对照组基础上实施双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片治疗。对比两组临床疗效、临床症状改善时间及治疗前后C反应蛋白(CRP)水平、睡眠质量评分。结果 观察组退热时间、腹痛消失时间、呕吐消失消失、排便恢复正常时间分别为(1.41±0.24)、(2.04±0.43)、(1.04±0.31)、(2.64±0.44)d,均短于对照组的(2.36±0.48)、(4.29±0.79)、(2.69±0.65)、(4.36±0.79)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗1、3 d后,两组CRP水平均低于本组治疗前,且观察组CRP水平(10.41±0.81)、(4.45±0.23)mg/L均明显低于对照组的(13.26±1.06)、(6.16±0.39)mg/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率97.06%高于对照组的78.79%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗3 d后,观察组睡眠质量评分(6.13±1.81)分明显低于对照组的(8.92±2.23)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 小儿急性肠胃炎实施蒙脱石散与双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片联合治疗,能有效缓解患儿病情,改善患儿临床症状,值得在临床上进行应用与推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of montmorillonite powder combined with live combined bifidobacterium and lactobacillus tablets(trade name:Golden Bifid)in the treatment of acute gastroenteritis in children.Methods A total of 67 children with acute gastroenteritis were divided into a control group(33 cases)and an observation group(34 cases)according to random numerical table.The control group was treated with montmorillonite powder,and the observation group was treated with live combined bifidobacterium and lactobacillus tablets on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the improvement time of clinical symptoms,the level of C-reactive protein(CRP)and sleep quality score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results In the observation group,the fever subsidence time,disappearance time of abdominal pain,disappearance time of vomiting and recovery time of defecation were(1.41±0.24),(2.04±0.43),(1.04±0.31)and(2.64±0.44)d,which were shorter than those of(2.36±0.48),(4.29±0.79),(2.69±0.65)and(4.36±0.79)d in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 and 3 d of treatment,CRP levels in both groups were lower than those before treatment in this group;CRP levels were(10.41±0.81)and(4.45±0.23)mg/L in the observation group,which were significantly lower than those of(13.26±1.06)and(6.16±0.39)mg/L in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.06%,which was higher than that of 78.79%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 d of treatment,the sleep quality score of(6.13±1.81)points in the observation group was significantly lower than that of(8.92±2.23)points in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of montmorillonite powder and live combined bifidobacterium and lactobacillus tablets for the treatment of acute gastroenteritis in children can effectively alleviate the condition of children and improve the clinical symptoms of children,and it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
