基于CiteSpace的针灸治疗荨麻疹可视化分析

Visualization analysis of treatment of urticaria with acupuncture and moxibustion based on CiteSpace

目的 通过CiteSpace可视化分析,研究针灸治疗荨麻疹的研究现状与发展趋势,对针灸治疗荨麻疹这一特色领域进行归纳总结,旨在为临床提供新思路与新方向。方法 检索中国知网数据库1992年1月1日至2022年12月20日的文献,导入CiteSpace数据库进行可视化分析,研究分析高频关键词、作者、机构等。结果 最后纳入文献520篇,在作者可视化分析中,马铁明、王艳君、何立发文量≥5篇;机构可视化分析中,辽宁中医药大学、成都中医药大学、山东中医药大学发文频次≥10次;年度总发文量呈上升趋势;高频关键词分别为荨麻疹、针刺、针灸、针刺疗法、拔罐等;研究热点主要集中在针刺疗法、针灸疗法、临床经验等方面。结论 近年来,针灸治疗荨麻疹成为临床研究热点,望日后各团队、机构之间加强学术合作,以促进临床、基础及实验研究工作的开展。

Objective To investigate the research status and development trend of treatment of urticaria with acupuncture and moxibustion through the visualization analysis of CiteSpace,and to summarize the characteristic field of treatment of urticaria with acupuncture and moxibustion,so as to provide new ideas and new directions for clinic.Methods The literatures from January 1,1992 to December 20,2022 in CNKI database were retrieved,and imported into CiteSpace database for visualization analysis.High-frequency keywords,authors,institutions,etc.were studied and analyzed.Results Finally,a total of 520 literatures were included.In the author’s visualization analysis,the number of literatures published by Ma Tieming,Wang Yanjun and He Li was≥5 papers.In the visualization analysis of institutions,Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine had published literatures≥10 times.The annual total number of literatures showed an upward trend.The high-frequency keywords were urticaria,acupuncture,moxibustion,acupuncture therapy,cupping,etc.The research hotspots mainly focused on acupuncture therapy,moxibustion therapy,clinical experience and so on.Conclusion In recent years,treatment of urticaria with acupuncture and moxibustion has become a hot spot in clinical research.It is hoped that academic cooperation in teams and institutions will be strengthened in the future to promote the development of clinical,basic and experi mental research.
