基于Web of Science对2003—2022年围手术期穴位刺激研究的知识图谱分析

Knowledge graph analysis of perioperative acupoint stimulation research from 2003 to 2022 based on the Web of Science

目的 通过分析2003—2022年围手术期穴位刺激的研究现状,揭示该领域的研究前沿和研究热点。方法 检索Web of Science核心合集数据库收录的2003—2022年围手术期穴位刺激的相关文献作为数据源,利用可视化分析软件CiteSpace绘制合作网络、共被引网络和共现网络并分析。结果 共纳入文献1792篇,年发文量整体呈增长态势,并于2018年后开始激增;共被引聚类分析提示近年来的研究前沿主要集中于术后疼痛和并发症的预防及治疗。2018—2022年频率突增的关键词包括系统综述、术后肠梗阻、疼痛缓解等。结论 围手术期穴位刺激研究已经初具规模,但国际影响力不足,仍需加强国际合作,对原理问题深入挖掘。未来的关注重点可能会集中在术后并发症的预防与处理和加速术后康复等相关研究上。

Objective To analyze the current research status of acupoint stimulation during the perioperative period in the international community from 2003 to 2022 and reveal the research frontiers and hotspots in this field.Methods The relevant literature on perioperative acupoint stimulation from 2003 to 2022 included in the Web of Science core collection database was retrieved as the data source,and visual analysis software CiteSpace was used to draw cooperative networks,co-citation networks,and co-occurrence networks for analysis.Results A total of 1792 articles were included,and the overall annual publication volume showed an increasing trend,which began to surge after 2018.Co-citation clustering analysis suggested that in recent years,the research frontier had mainly focused on the prevention and treatment of postoperative pain and complications.The key words of the sudden increase in frequency in 2018 to 2022 included systematic review,postoperative intestinal obstruction,pain relief,etc.Conclusion The research on perioperative acupoint stimulation has begun to take shape,but its international influence is insufficient.It is still necessary to strengthen international cooperation and delve deeper into the principles and issues.The future focus may focus on research related to the prevention and management of postoperative complications and the acceleration of postoperative rehabilitation.
