消萎方传统煎液与中药配方颗粒治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的疗效研究

Study on the therapeutic efficacy of conventional decoction of Xiaowei Formula and Chinese materia medica formula granules on chronic atrophic gastritis

目的 探究并比较消萎方传统煎液与消萎方中药配方颗粒治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)的疗效。方法 选取2022年1—12月东莞市水乡中心医院60例CAG患者,采用随机数表法分为对照组(n=30)与研究组(n=30)。两组均接受摩罗丹或必要时四联疗法治疗,对照组加服消萎方传统煎液,研究组加服消萎方中药配方颗粒,统计并比较两组临床疗效、中医总症状积分、胃镜病理积分及血清转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)、胃泌素17(G-17)、白介素-6(IL-6)水平。结果 治疗后,研究组治疗总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的63.33%(P<0.05);治疗后研究组中医总症状积分、胃镜病理积分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后研究组血清TGF-β1、G-17、IL-6水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 消萎方中药配方颗粒治疗CAG,可提高临床疗效,改善患者中医总症状积分、胃镜病理积分及血清学相关指标。

Objective To investigate and compare the therapeutic efficacy of conventional decoction of Xiaowei Formula and Chinese materia medica formula granules on chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG).Methods A total of 60 patients with CAG in Dongguan Shuixiang Central Hospital from January to December 2022 were divided into the control group(n=30)and the study group(n=30)according to the random number table method.Both groups were treated with Morodan or quadruple therapy when necessary.The control group was combined with the conventional decoction of Xiaowei Formula,while the study group was combined with the Chinese materia medica granules of Xiaowei Formula.The clinical efficacy,TCM total symptom score,gastroscopy pathological score,serum transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1),gastrin 17(G-17)and interleukin-6(IL-6)of the two groups were counted and compared.Results After treatment,the overall response rate of the study group was 96.67%,higher than 63.33%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms and gastroscopy pathology in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of TGF-β1,G-17 and IL-6 in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of CAG with Xiaowei Formula granules of Chinese Materia Medica can improve the clinical efficacy,total symptom score of TCM,pathological score of gastroscope and serological related indices.
