混合式教学联合课程思政在麻醉学教学中的效果观察

摘要 目的探讨混合式教学联合课程思政在临床麻醉学教学中的效果。方法随机选取新乡医学院2017级和2018级麻醉学专业的68名本科生作为研究对象。2017级学生为对照组,采用传统教学方法,2018级学生为观察组,采用混合式教学联合课程思政教学。比较两组考核成绩、学习情况、学生对教学模式的评价、教学满意度。结果观察组理论成绩和实践技能成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组学习情况评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组对混合式教学联合课程思政教学的评价优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组对教学满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论麻醉学教学中应用混合式教学联合课程思政可充分培养学生自主学习能力,提高自我修养,促使临床麻醉医学整体教学效果的提升。 Objective To explore the effect of ideological and political theories teaching in courses in clinical Anesthesiology teaching.Methods A total of 68 undergraduate students of 2017 and 2018 grades majoring in anesthesiology at Xinxiang Medical University were randomly selected as subjects and were divided into two groups.The 2017 grade students were divided into the control group,receiving traditional teaching,while the 2018 grade students were divided into the observation group,receiving blended teaching combined with ideological and political theories teaching in courses.Compare the assessment scores,learning situation,students’feedback on teaching models,and teaching satisfaction between the two groups.Results The theoretical and internship assessment scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The learning performance score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The observation group had a better evaluation of blended teaching combined with ideological and political theories teaching in courses than the control group(P<0.05).The observation group showed higher satisfaction with teaching than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of blended teaching combined with ideological and political theories teaching in courses in anesthesiology teaching can fully cultivate students’independent learning abilities,improve their self-cultivation,and promote the overall teaching effectiveness of clinical anesthesiology.
