授权教育结合个性化营养膳食护理对乙肝肝硬化失代偿期患者的影响

Influence of authorized education combined with individualized nutritional diet nursing on patients with decompensated HBV cirrhosis

目的探讨授权教育结合个性化营养膳食护理对乙肝肝硬化失代偿期患者的影响效果。方法选取2021年6月至2022年12月收治于福建医科大学孟超肝胆医院的乙肝肝硬化失代偿期患者120例为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为对照组和试验组,每组各60例,对照组采用肝硬化失代偿期常规护理,试验组在此基础上加用授权教育结合个性化营养膳食护理干预,比较两组健康知识认知度、健康行为遵医度、腹腔积液严重度、营养状况、肝功能指标及并发症发生情况。结果护理后,试验组健康知识认知度评分、健康行为遵医度评分高于对照组,腹腔积液评分低于对照组,营养状况评价指标、肝功能指标优于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论授权饮食教育与个性化营养膳食护理应用于乙肝肝硬化失代偿期患者,可提升患者的健康知识认知度与健康行为遵医度,减低患者腹腔积液严重度,改善其营养状况与肝功能,并降低并发症发生率。

Objective To explore the effect of authorized education combined with individualized nutritional diet nursing on patients with decompensated hepatitis B virus(HBV)cirrhosis.Methods A total of 120 patients with decompensated HBV cirrhosis admitted to Mengchao Hepatobiliary Hospital of Fujian Medical University from June 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the subjects.They were divided into a control group and an experimental group according to the random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing for decompensated cirrhosis.On this basis,the experimental group received authorized education combined with individualized nutritional diet nursing intervention.Compare the awareness of health knowledge,compliance with medical practices,severity of abdominal fluid accumulation,nutritional status,liver function indicators,and incidence of complications between two groups.Results After nursing,the experimental group had higher scores for health knowledge awareness and compliance with medical practices than the control group,lower scores for abdominal fluid accumulation,better nutritional status evaluation indicators and liver function evaluation indicators,and lower incidence of complications compared to the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion In this study,authorized diet education and individualized nutritional diet nursing are applied to patients with decompensated HBV cirrhosis,which can improve patients’health knowledge awareness and health behavior compliance,reduce the severity of patients’ascites,improve their nutritional status and liver function,and reduce the probability of complications.
