共同富裕背景下农村集体经济收入增长的影响因素——来自文献研究与实地调研的证据

Influencing factors of rural collective economic income growth under the background of common pros⁃perity——evidence from literature and field research

发展壮大农村集体经济是促进农村经济社会发展和推进社会主义新农村建设的必然选择。厘清我国农村集体经济收入增长的影响因素,探究农村集体经济收入变化的根源,对巩固全面建成小康社会成果、实现共同富裕具有重要意义。本研究通过文献研究和实地调研相结合的方法对我国农村集体经济收入增长的影响因素进行统计与分析。研究表明,集体产权制度改革、集体经济总资产、农村劳动力人口数量、村民受教育程度、财政投入等因素对农村集体经济收入增长具有显著且稳健的促进作用,集体经济财务公开、非国有就业比重以及消费品零售总额对其收入增长影响不显著。基于此,研究建议:当前应持续深化集体产权制度改革,多渠道推动集体经济资产增值,促进农村地区劳动力数量回流,提升村民受教育程度,增加对集体经济发展的财政支持等。

Developing and expanding rural collective economy is an inevitable choice to promote rural economic and social devel⁃opment and promote the construction of new socialist countryside.Clarifying the factors affecting the growth of rural collective economic income and exploring the root causes of the change of rural collective economic income are of great significance for con⁃solidating the achievements of building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way and realizing common prosperity.Through the analysis method of literature research and field investigation,this paper makes statistics and analysis on the factors af⁃fecting the growth of rural collective economic income.The research shows that the reform of the collective property rights sys⁃tem,the total assets of the collective economy,the number of rural labor force,the education level of villagers,and financial in⁃put have a significant and stable promoting effect on the growth of the rural collective economic income,while the financial disclo⁃sure of the collective economy,the proportion of non-state employment of villagers and the total retail sales of consumer goods have no significant impact on the growth of their income.Based on this,the study suggests:it is necessary to further deepen the reform of collective property rights system,promote the appreciation of collective economic assets through multiple channels,pro⁃mote the return of labor force in rural areas,improve the education level of villagers,and increase financial support for collective economic development.
