精神病样体验影响因素、转归、干预的研究进展

Research progress on influencing factors,prognosis and interventions for psychosis-like experiences

精神病样体验(PLEs)是发生在普通人群中、类似精神病性综合征的阳性症状的体验,此体验不会造成具有显著临床意义的痛苦或者社会功能的损害。近年来,国外在PLEs领域的研究取得了一定的进展,而国内的研究相对较少。为提高对PLEs的认识和理解,本文通过对相关文献进行回顾和总结,对PLEs的定义与测量、流行病学概况、影响因素、转归结局、干预措施等方面进行综述,以期为PLEs的识别与处理以及相关学科领域的研究方向提供初步循证医学证据。

Psychotic-like experiences(PLEs)are experiences that occur in the general population and resemble the positive symptoms of psychosis,but such experiences do not cause clinically significant distress or social functioning impairment.In recent years,some progress has been made in the research of PLEs abroad,while only a few studies have been conducted in China.To enhance the comprehension of PLEs,this article provides a review and summary of relevant literature to overview the definition,measurement,epidemiology,influencing factors,prognosis and intervention measures related to PLEs,aiming to provide preliminary evidence for the identification and management of PLEs and the directions of research in related academic fields.
