Clinical progress of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation in the treatment of autism

孤独症谱系障碍(ASD)是一组复杂的神经发育障碍,其主要特征包括社会交往障碍、兴趣受限以及重复行为。目前尚未有针对孤独症患者的专有治疗方案,因而无法对孤独症患者实施理想的治疗策略。近年来,经颅磁刺激(TMS)作为一种非侵入性的神经调控技术,已引起学者们的广泛关注,并开始在孤独症治疗领域展现出潜力。本综述旨在总结和归纳重复经颅磁刺激(rTMS)在孤独症治疗中的应用现状、疗效以及副作用等相关文献,为孤独症患者的rTMS治疗提供理论基础。

Autism spectrum disorder(ASD)is a group of complex neurodevelopmental disorders characterized by difficulties in social communication,restricted interests,and repetitive behaviors.Currently,there is no specific treatment plan for individuals with autism,which results in the inability to implement an ideal treatment strategy for them.In recent years,transcranial magnetic stimulation(TMS),as a non-invasive neuromodulation technique,has received widespread attention by scholars and has begun to show potential in the field of autism treatment.This review aims to summarize and integrate the research progress of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS)on the application status,efficacy and side effects in the treatment of autism,with a view to providing a theoretical basis for rTMS treatment of individuals with autism.
