电针印堂、百会对获得性无助大鼠不同脑区内单胺类神经递质的影响 被引量:56

Effects of Electropuncture of the Acupoints of Yintang and Baihui on Monoamine Neurotransmitters in Different Cerebral Areas in the Rats with Learned Helplessness

摘要 电针针刺抑郁模型大鼠印堂、百会穴 ,探讨针刺治疗抑郁症的机制并探索抑郁症对神经系统的影响。应用韩氏电针仪簇形波 ,频率 10Hz ,强度使动物不挣扎嘶叫保持安静 ,2 0min/d针刺获得性无助大鼠的印堂、百会穴 ,连续治疗 4d后取大鼠下丘脑、海马及前额叶皮层 ,应用高效液相电化学检测仪检测单胺类神经递质。结果显示 :电针印堂、百会穴后 ,增加了获得性无助大鼠下丘脑5 -羟色胺 (5 HT)、降低下丘脑 5 -羟吲哚乙酸 (5 HIAA) ;说明电针印堂、百会穴对抑郁症的调节机制可能与影响下丘脑内 5 HT和 5 The mechanism of the acupunctural treatment of depression and the influence of depression on the central nervous system were investigated by puncturing the acupoints of yintang and baihui with electric needles in the rats with depression. The level of monoamine neurotransmitters in the isolated hypothalamus, hippocampus and prefrontal cortex was detected by HPLC ECD after yintang and baihui in the rats with learned helplessness were stimulated with electric needles, 20 minutes each day continuously for 4 days. The results showed that electroacupuncture of yintang and baihui could raise the level of 5 HT and lower the level of 5 HIAA in the rats with learned helplessness. The results suggest that the mechanism of the regulative effects of electroacupuncture of yintang and baihui on depression may be related with the changes in the metabolism of 5 HT and 5 HIAA.
