响应面法优化瓜蒌皮中粗多糖提取工艺 被引量:1

Optimization of Extraction Process of Crude Polysaccharide from Pericarpium Trichosanthes by Response Surface Method

摘要 以亳州产瓜蒌皮为原料采用水提醇沉法提取得到粗多糖。以瓜蒌皮粗多糖得率为考查指标,选择提取过程中温度、时间和料液比对得率的影响。以单因素试验结果为基础,采用Box-behnken中心组合设计原理优化试验工艺条件,确定粗多糖最佳提取参数。结果表明,瓜蒌皮多糖的最优提取工艺是原料在提取温度70℃,提取时间2.6 h,料液比1∶26条件下,粗多糖得率为3.11%。结果表明,响应面法可较好地优化瓜蒌皮粗多糖的提取工艺,对瓜蒌的深加工研究提供了技术支撑。 The crude polysaccharide was extracted from Pericarpium Trichosanthes produced in Bozhou by water extraction and alcohol precipitation.The effects of extraction temperature,extraction time and solid-liquid ratio on the yield of crude polysaccharide from Pericarpium Trichosanthes were investigated.On the basis of single factor experiment,Box-behnken central combination principle was used to design and optimize the optimum extraction conditions of crude polysaccharide.The results showed that the optimal extraction technology of polysaccharide from Pericarpium Trichosanthes was the extraction temperature was 70℃,extraction time was 2.6 h and solid-liquid ratio was 1∶26,the actual extraction rate of polysaccharide was 3.11%.The results showed that response surface method could optimize the extraction process of crude polysaccharide from Pericarpium Trichosanthes,and provided technical support for further processing of Fructus Trichosanthis.
