中职生学习内动力不足的原因及解决对策--以畜禽生产技术专业学生为例

Reasons and Countermeasures for the Lack of Learning Motivation of Secondary Vocational Students--Taking Students Majoring in Livestock and Poultry Production Technology as an Example

学习内动力不足、学习的积极性和主动性欠缺,是中职生在学习方面面临的突出问题。本文以畜禽生产技术专业的学生为例,针对学生学习内动力不足的一些具体表现,从家庭原因、学生自身原因、学校环境、社会环境等几个方面入手,对本专业中职生学习内动力不足的原因进行分析,并据此提出一些具体的解决对策。

Insufficient learning motivation,lack of enthusiasm and initiative in learning are prominent problems faced by secondary vocational students in learning.This article takes the students majoring in livestock and poultry production technology as an example,and aims at some specific manifestations of students'lack of internal motivation in learning.We analyze the causes of lack of internal motivation for secondary vocational students in this major from family reasons,students'own reasons,school environment,and social environment,and accordingly propose some specific solutions.
