非洲猪瘟实验室防控中存在的问题及对策

摘要 在非洲猪瘟的整个防控工作当中,不管是早期预警,早期发现,疑似病确诊,还是环境评估都离不开实验室检测,尤其是随着非洲猪瘟在我们国家的进一步发展,在临床上,非洲猪瘟的临床症状多样性越来越明显,我们通过临床观察很难确诊疾病,所以非瘟的诊断和防控都必须依靠实验室检测技术,对此我们需要对影响实验室诊断的一些因素必须有个清醒的认识,下面我就实验室关于非洲猪瘟实验室防控中存在的问题及对策做一分析。 In the entire prevention and control of African swine fever,whether it is early warning,early detection,diagnosis of suspected disease,or environmental assessment,laboratory testing is inseparable.Especially with the further development of African swine fever in our country,clinically,the diversity of clinical symptoms of African swine fever is becoming more and more obvious.It is difficult for us to diagnose the disease through clinical observation.therefore.The diagnosis,prevention and control of ASF must rely on laboratory testing techniques.This requires a clear understanding of some factors that affect laboratory diagnosis.This study analyzes the problems and countermeasures in the laboratory's laboratory prevention and control of African swine fever.
