摘要
安全、高效处置深竖井导井塌方是水电站施工中的难点。以巴基斯坦苏基克纳里水电站项目为例,针对调压井扩挖初期的导井塌方,创新性地提出“混凝土喷护+系统锚杆+钢筋网+锚筋束”对塌方空腔体进行支护,利用塌方空腔体取代调压井下室的综合处理方案。通过理论计算分析,在规范要求的各种工况下,调压井内水位变化均满足调压功能要求,既保证了施工安全,又节约了处理成本与提高了时效,可供同类工程塌方处理借鉴。
The safe and efficient treatment of collapse of pilot shaft of deep shaft is a difficult task in the construction of hydropower stations.Taking the Suki Kinari Hydropower Station project as an example,this paper innovatively proposes a comprehensive treatment scheme for the collapse of the pilot shaft during the initial excavation period of the surge shaft,in which the“shortcrete protection,systematic anchor rods,steel mesh and anchor bar bundle”measures are adopted to support the collapse cavity,and the collapse cavity is used to act as the lower chamber of the surge shaft.Theoretical calculation shows that the water level variations in the surge shaft meet the requirements of the surge function under various working conditions,which not only ensures the construction safety,but also saves treatment costs and improves timeliness.It could be useful reference for similar collapse treatment work.
