基于多针距隔针技术全成形自带领插肩款的工艺设计

摘要 为探究全成形产品在多针距电脑横机上编织常规款式的可实现性,通过多针距技术的编织原理介绍,隔针技术的设计要点分析,线圈结构图和编织意匠图的绘制,设计了一款带有绞花组织的全成形自带领插肩款产品的工艺,并编织出成品。结果表明:不使用特殊的全成形四针板电脑横机,采用传统双针板电脑横机的多针距隔针技术也能够实现全成形产品的编织,且该工艺无需缝制、套合工序,提高了生产效率,是双针板电脑横机编织全成形产品的一次创新,有助于进一步的科学研究和生产实践。 In order to explore the feasibility of knitting conventional patterns of wholegarment products on multi-pitch computerized flat knitting machine,the knitting principle of multi-pitch technology was introduced,and the key design points of needle-separating technology were analyzed,drawing the coil structure drawing and knitting design drawing,design a wholegarment with twisted organization from the collar shoulder type product technology,and woven into the finished product.The results show that the knitting of wholegarment products can be realized by using the multi-pitch spacer technology of the traditional double-needle computerized flat knitting machine without using the special wholegarment four-needle computerized flat knitting machine,the invention improves the production efficiency and is an innovation of the wholegarment products of double-needle computerized flat knitting machine,which is helpful for further scientific research and production practice.
