摘要
微生物学与免疫学实验是医药学专业的重要基础课程,具有很强的实践性和应用性。传统微生物与免疫学实验课注重传授知识,忽略学生主观能动及社会需求。成果导向教育(Outcome-based education,OBE)是一种以学生为导向的学习系统,重视学生的学习目标和学习过程,能够培养和促进学生自主学习、技能发展和终身学习的能力。在OBE的教育思想指导下,结合大规模在线实验室(MLABS)建立起“线上线下,虚实结合”教学模式,不仅弥补了传统微生物实验教学的缺陷,还解决了疫情原因无法线下教学的问题,实现优势教育资源互补,为培育“理论+实践”的医药学人才教学方法提供新思路。
Being important basic course of medicine majors microbiology and immunology experiment are typical subjects with strong practicality and utility.Traditional microbiology and experimental immunology courses focus on imparting knowledge,yet ignoring students′personal initiative and social needs.Outcome-oriented education(OBE)is a student-oriented learning system that focuses on students′learning goals and learning process.It can cultivate and promote students′self-directed learning,skills development,and lifelong learning ability.Guided by the OBE educational thought,this study establishes a teaching model of″online and offline,virtual-actual combination″,by combining the 3D image virtual system.This teaching model not only overcomes the shortcomings of traditional microbiological experimental teaching,but also solves the problem that offline teaching cannot be carried out due to the raging epidemic.It also provides a new idea for the teaching method of″theory+practice″for the cultivation of medical talents,through the complementary advantages of educational resources.
