医学寄生虫学数字资源库的建设及应用

Construction and application of digital resource database in Medical Parasitology

医学寄生虫学是一门形态学课程,所积累的大量图片和影视资料在辅助教学方面有非常重要的作用。建设医学寄生虫学数字资源库可以有效解决寄生虫病标本匮乏、种类不全、使用效率低下等问题。文章介绍西安交通大学医学部建设寄生虫标本数字资源库、视频资源库、寄生虫病例资源库、寄生虫思政资源库等情况,并将这些资源库应用于寄生虫学教学、实验、教材编写、网络平台构建等教学活动中,充分发挥其优势,提高教学水平。建设寄生虫学数字资源库共享平台是解决寄生虫学标本资源缺乏的最佳途径,也是教学改革的主要方向。

Medical Parasitology is a morphological course,and a large number of pictures and video materials accumulated in this course is of great importance in assisting teaching.The construction of Medical Parasitology digital resource database can effectively solve the problems such as lack of parasitological specimens,incomplete species and low use efficiency.This paper introduces the construction of parasite specimen digital database,video resource database,parasite case resource database,parasite ideological and political resource database in Xi'an Jiaotong University Health Science Center,and applies these resource database to parasitological teaching,experiment,textbook compilation,network platform construction and other teaching activities to give full play to its advantages and to improve the teaching level.The construction of parasitology digital resource database sharing platform is the best way to solve the shortage of parasitology specimen resources and also the main direction of teaching reform.
