护理本科生创新能力培养体验的质性研究

摘要 目的 从应届护理本科毕业生的角度探讨其在本科生教育中创新能力培养的体验,为后续本科护理学生创新能力的培养提供参考。方法 采用质性研究中现象学研究法对11名应届护理本科毕业生进行深入访谈,用Colaizzi方法分析资料。结果 提炼出创新能力培养的积极体验(提升创新思维和能力、增强自信心、加强团队合作能力、增强职业认同感)、创新能力培养的影响因素和对创新能力培养的期望(对学校及授课教师的期望、实习医院及带教教师的期望、对自己的期望)3个主题。结论 护理本科生进行系统的创新能力培养非常重要,护生的认可度高,对高等院校及实习医院在护生创新能力的培养提出了更高的要求。 Objective To explore the experience of innovative ability cultivation in undergraduate education from the perspective of nursing graduates,so as to provide reference for the subsequent cultivation of innovative ability of nursing students.Methods 11 nursing graduates were interviewed by phenomenology in qualitative research,and the data were analyzed by Colaizzi method.Results Three themes were extracted:the positive experience of innovation ability cultivation(improve innovative thinking and ability,enhance self-confidence,strengthen teamwork ability,enhance professional identity),the influencing factors of innovation ability cultivation,and the expectation of innovation ability cultivation(the expectation of the school and teachers,the expectation of the intern hospital and the teacher,and the expectation of oneself).Conclusion It is very important for nursing undergraduates to cultivate their innovative ability systematically.The high degree of recognition of nursing students puts forward higher requirements for the training of nursing students innovative ability in schools and hospitals.
