医学生思想政治教育“五位一体”模式构建研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对医学生学业职业路径给思想政治教育带来现实困境、思想政治教育还不能满足学生的实际需求以及高校还未实现全员育人格局的现状,提出构建医学生思想政治教育“五位一体”工作模式,即充分发挥思政课教师的主导作用、专业课教师的主体作用、辅导员的骨干作用、班主任的补位作用和各级行政人员的辅助作用,形成全员参与、协同育人的格局。为推动“五位一体”协同联动模式的实施和落地,高校要加强顶层设计,从组织、制度和机制的角度健全保障体系;搭建交流学习平台,促进资源共享;抓住课堂主渠道,提升育人质量;加强队伍建设,提升育人能力。 In view of the current situation that medical students academic career path brings realistic difficulties to ideological and political education,ideological and political education cannot meet the actual needs of medical students,and colleges and universities have not yet realized the pattern of all staff education,a“five-in-one”working mode of ideological and political education for medical students is proposed on the basis of deep understanding of the requirements of all staff education.The purpose of“five-in-one”mode is to give full play to the leading role of ideological and political teachers,the main role of the teacher of specialized courses,the backbone role of the counselors and the supporting role of administrative staff at all levels to form a pattern of full participation and collaborative education.In order to promote the implementation of the“five-in-one”collaborative linkage mode,colleges anduniversities should strengthen the top-level design and improve the security department from the perspective of organization,system and mechanism,set a communication and learning platform to promote resource sharing,grasp the main channel of classroom and improve the quality of education as well as strengthen the construction of education subject team and enhance the education ability of education subject.
