关于财险行业基层人才队伍高质量建设的思考——以某国有财险公司基层公司为例

摘要 推动财险行业的高质量发展,归根结底要依靠高素质的专业人才队伍。本文通过调研,以某国有金融保险集团旗下财险省分公司为例,分析了行业基层人才队伍建设中存在的问题与原因,围绕加强统筹谋划、优化干部结构、加强人才引进、注重人才培育、优化人员配置机制和做实激励约束机制等6个方面,提出18项针对性举措。 The high-quality development of the property insurance industry depends on a team of high quality professionals.Taking a property insurance provincial branch of a state-owned financial and insurance group as a typical case,this paper analyzes the problems and reasons existing in the construction of grassroots talent teams in the industry.Then 18 corresponding measures are proposed from six aspects,including strengthening overall planning,optimizing the cadre structure,strengthening the introduction of talents,focusing on talent cultivation,optimizing talents allocation mechanism and practically implement incentives and constraints mechanism.
