摘要
“岗课赛证”综合育人是深化教育供给侧结构性改革的重大举措,也是推进职业教育体制和治理能力现代化的创新工程。高职“岗课赛证”涉及产业界、教育界、竞赛界、证书界等多界融合,需统筹政府、学校和企业多方资源协同联动。基于三螺旋理论,结合政校企三螺旋既相互独立又相互渗透的共生共长理念,提出“岗课赛证”多元主体协同育人机制的构建思路,即深化内部进化动力机制,强化多边资源整合机制,优化组织功能耦合机制。
“Post-Curriculum-Competition-Certificate”comprehensive education is an important measure to deepen the supply-side structural reform of vocational education,and is also an innovative project to promote the modernization of vocational education system and governance capacity.Higher vocational“Post Curriculum-Competition-Certificate”involves the integration of industry,education,competition,certificate and other fields,and needs to coordinate the resources of government,schools and enterprises.Based on the triple helix theory,combined with the concept of symbiosis and co-growth of the three spirals of government,school and enterprise,which are both independent and mutually infiltrated,the idea of constructing the multi subject cooperative education mechanism of“Post-Curriculum-Competition-Certificate”education system is put forward,that is,deepening the internal evolutionary dynamic mechanism,strengthening the multilateral resource integration mechanism,and optimizing the coupling mechanism of organizational functions.
