“双碳”目标下产业园项目全生命周期碳减排路径研究 被引量:1

摘要 产业园绿色发展是我国实现碳达峰、碳中和目标的重要组成部分,从全生命周期视角探究园区项目碳减排实现路径具有重要意义。基于项目各阶段管控要点梳理与关键要素凝练,本文提出产业园项目全生命周期碳减排价值体系,针对园区建设运营过程与减排的关联,系统分析包括规划决策、项目设计、施工建造、运营服务各阶段下的碳减排路径,为园区绿色深度转型与健康可持续发展提供理论借鉴与分析参考。 The green development of industrial parks is an important part of China’sgoal of achieving carbon peak and carbon neutrality.It is of great significance to explore the path of carbon emission reduction of industrial parks projects from the perspective of the whole life cycle.The paper proposes a value system of carbon emission reduction in the whole life cycle control of the industrial park project based on the combing of control points and condensation of key elements at each stage of the project.In view of the correlation between the construction and operation process of the park and carbon emission reduction,systematically analyzes the carbon emission reduction paths in each stage including planning and decision-making,project design,construction and operation service.Hopes to provide theoretical and analytical references for the deep green transformation and healthy and sustainable development of the park.
