Research on the Practical Application of Intelligent Site Driven by Digital Meetings

基于数字例会在项目管理中的核心价值,提出一套由数字例会驱动的智慧工地应用管理制度,在提升项目管理人员的智慧工地平台应用能力、数据真正辅助于项目管理方面取得了良好的应用效果,并总结数字例会驱动智慧工地落地应用的动力机制,从而为促进智慧工地等先进数字技术服务于项目管理提质增效、施工企业数字化转型提供了可借鉴经验。

Based on the core value of digital meetings in project management,this paper puts forward a set of management system of intelligent site application driven by digital meetings,which has achieved desirable application results in improving project managers’capabilities of applying intelligent site platform as well as truly assisting project management with data.By summarizing the driving mechanism of digital meetings in facilizing practical application of intelligent site,thus provides reference experiences for improving the quality and efficiency of project management with the aid of advanced digital technologies,e.g.intelligent site,as well as the digital transformation of construction enterprises.
