摘要
进度管理以保证建设项目在规定的时间内完成规定的任务为目标,是工程建设项目管理的关键内容。在分析影响建设项目进度的主要因素、以及建设项目进度管理中常见问题的基础上,就如何更加有效地开展进度管理进行探讨,提出科学地编制进度计划,建立进度管理责任落实与监督考核体系,重点做好施工阶段的进度管理,提升信息化、数字化在进度管理中的应用等策略。从着眼于项目的整体安全运行与交付符合质量的项目成果出发,本研究认为无论是进度计划的制定、落实、调整,都应基于系统思维,统筹好进度与质量、安全、投资控制之间的关系,确保项目按时交付。
Progress management is a key aspect of engineering construction project management,with the goal of ensuring that the construction project completes the specified tasks within the specified time.On the basis of analyzing the main factors that affect the progress of construction projects and common problems in project progress management,this paper explores how to more effectively carry out progress management,proposes strategies such as scientifically preparing progress plans,establishing a system for implementing and supervising progress management responsibilities,focusing on progress management during the construction phase,and enhancing the application of informatization and digitization in progress management,Starting from the overall safe operation of the project and the delivery of high-quality project results,it is believed that the formulation,implementation,and adjustment of the schedule plan should be based on systematic thinking,and the relationship between progress and quality,safety,investment control should be well coordinated to ensure timely delivery of the project.
