电梯施工类别分析研究

Analysis and Research on Elevator Construction Category

本文首先阐述电梯施工类别分类价值,并对我国电梯施工分类表修订情况进行回顾与分析。其次在行业学者研究基础上,重点对加装轿厢装潢、加装电子装置、变更电梯设备品种、加装或者更换主机缓冲减震装置等四类问题进行分析研究,并提出相应施工分类建议。最后结合近几年电梯监管政策变化,提出修订《电梯施工类别划分表》的建议,以期更好满足电梯监管新阶段要求。

Firstly,this paper first expounds the classification value of elevator construction categories,and reviews and analyzes the revision of China’s elevator construction classification table.Secondly,on the basis of the research of industry scholars,the four types of problems such as installing car decoration,installing electronic devices,changing elevator equipment varieties,and installing or replacing host buffer shock absorption devices are analyzed and studied,and corresponding construction classification suggestions are put forward.Finally,combined with the changes in elevator supervision policies in recent years,it is proposed to revise the elevator construction category division table in order to better meet the requirements of the new stage of elevator supervision.
