国内外LPG复合气瓶型式试验标准比对分析

Comparison and Analysis of Domestic and Foreign LPG Composite Gas Cylinder Type Test Standards

为了更清晰地掌握国内外LPG复合气瓶标准中型式试验方面异同点,本文以T/CATSI 02005—2019标准为对象介绍了国内LPG高密度聚乙烯内胆玻璃纤维全缠绕气瓶型式试验的项目,并综述了EN 14427:2022及ISO 11119-3:2013两个国外标准的相关内容,得出国内外LPG复合气瓶标准在型式试验项目上差别不大。为了更符合国内现状及最大限度地保证安全性,国内标准在国外标准的基础上对部分项目做了调整,并增加了试验用瓶数量。

In order to have a clear understanding of the similarities and differences in the type testing of domestic and foreign LPG composite cylinder standards,this article introduces the type testing projects of domestic fully-wrapped glass fiber reinforced cylinder with a high-density polyethylene liner for liquefied petroleum gas based on the T/CATSI 02005:2019 standard.And summarizes the relevant content of EN 14427:2022 and ISO 11119-3:2013 foreign standards.It is found that there is little difference in the type testing project between domestic and foreign LPG composite cylinder standards.In order to better comply with the current domestic situation and ensure safety to the greatest extent,some projects have been adjusted based on foreign standards,and experimental bottles have been added.
