区块链+电子证照在特种设备从业人员资格认定中的运用研究

当前特种设备安全的关键在于加强特种设备从业人员的管理。由于纸质证书的缺陷、信息更新滞后和现有平台功能单一,导致特种设备从业人员资格认定信息难以核实,异地换证难。运用区块链+电子证照技术,构建一个以个人电子身份证为基础,包含特种设备从业人员资格认定数字信息和从业人员档案的特种设备作业人员电子证书及管理平台。从而有效解决特种设备从业人员监管在档案保存、信息共享、一网通办的难题,为特种设备安全奠定坚实的基础。

At present,the key to the safety of special equipment lies in strengthening the management of special equipment employees.Due to the lack of paper certificate,lagging information update and single function of the existing platform,it is difficult to verify the qualification information of special equipment practitioners and change certificates in different places.Using blockchain+electronic license technology,build an electronic certificate and management platform for special equipment operators based on personal electronic ID card,including digital information of qualification identification of special equipment employee1s and employee files.So as to effectively solve the problems of archives preservation,information sharing and one network for the supervision of special equipment practitioners,and lay a solid foundation for the safety of special equipment.
