摇头飞椅安全挡杆失效分析

摘要 大型游乐设施的安全挡杆作为乘客束缚装置,在运行过程中主要起到保护乘客作用。本文针对在大型游乐设施检验过程中发现的摇头飞椅安全挡杆失效问题进行分析。通过对安全挡杆缺陷形态及受力分析进行研究,计算其在弯曲过程中对材料受力的影响。得出了安全挡杆由于弯曲半径过小,导致内外表面的应力应变超过材料的极限值产生缺陷。生产厂家在圆环设计中未考虑弯曲半径的影响,故而有缺陷挡杆在使用过程中断裂失效。因此大型游乐设施安全挡杆在设计和制造时就必须考虑材料拉伸、弯曲强度、最小弯曲半径等材料参数的影响。 As a restraint device for passengers,safety gear lever of large-scale amusement facilities mainly protects passengers during operation.This paper analyses the failure of rocker-head flying chair safety gear lever found in the inspection of large-scale amusement facilities.Through the research on defect form and force analysis of safety gear rod,the influence of defect on material force during bending process is calculated.It is concluded that the stress and strain on inner and outer surfaces of safety gear rod exceed the limit value of material due to the small bending radius.The manufacturer does not consider the influence of bending radius in the ring design,so the defective bar breaks and fails in service.Therefore,the influence of material parameters such as material tensile strength,bending strength and minimum bending radius must be considered when designing and manufacturing the safety stop of large amusement facilities.
