布地奈德吸入治疗对急性会厌炎症状改善及炎性因子的影响

Effect of budesonide inhalation on the improvement of symptoms and inflammatory factors of acute epiglottitis

目的:分析布地奈德吸入治疗急性会厌炎的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析2021年2月至2022年6月我院97例急性会厌炎患者资料,根据治疗方法不同分为对照组(地塞米松雾化吸入,n=45)及观察组(布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,n=52)。治疗前、治疗2w后采用血细胞计数仪检测血常规中白细胞计数,采用酶联免疫吸附法检测血清C反应蛋白、降钙素原、免疫球蛋白E(Immunoglobulin-E,IgE)、γ-干扰素(Interferon-γ,IFN-γ)水平;同时对比两组治疗效果。结果:观察组临床治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组喉阻塞消失、吞咽疼痛消失及会厌肿胀消失所需时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组白细胞计数、C-反应蛋白、降钙素原、IgE及IFN-水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组两组不良反应发生率比较(6.67%vs 3.85%)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:布地奈德雾化吸入治疗急性会厌炎患者临床疗效显著,更利于促进患者恢复。

Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of budesonide inhalation in the adjuvant treatment of acute epiglottitis.Methods:The data of 97 patients with acute epiglottitis in our hospital from February 2021 to June 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.All patients were divided into control group(dexamethasone aerosol inhalation,n=45)and observation group(budesonide aerosol inhalation,n=52)according to different treatment.Before and after treatment for 2 weeks,the white blood cell count in blood routine was measured by blood cell counter,and the serum C-reactive protein,procalcitonin,immunoglobulin E(IgE),and Interferon-γ(IFN-γ)were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay Horizontal.Meanwhile,the therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),the time required for the disappearance of laryngeal obstruction,pain in swallowing,and swelling of the epiglottis in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The white blood cell count,C-reactive protein,procalcitonin,IgE,and IFN-γlevels in the control group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups in the observation group(6.67%vs 3.85%)(P>0.05).Conclusion:Budesonide aerosol inhalation has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of patients with acute epiglottitis,which is more conducive to promoting the recovery of patients.
