通心络对高脂血症伴颈动脉粥样硬化的治疗效果

Therapeutic effect of Tongxinluo on hyperlipidemia with carotid atherosclerosis

目的:探讨通心络、瑞舒伐他汀钙片,拜阿司匹林联合应用在高脂血症伴颈动脉粥样硬化中的临床价值。方法:选择我院2021年3月—2022年4月收治的高脂血症伴颈动脉粥样硬化患者68例作为研究病例。按照计算机表法将其分为实验组与参照组,每组各34例。参照组用瑞舒伐他汀钙片,拜阿司匹林治疗,实验组在参照组基础上加通心络治疗。比较两组的血脂、血浆Hcy与hs-CRP水平、超声造影增强指数、斑块数量、面积与IMT厚度。结果:实验组TC、TG、LDL-C低于参照组,HDL-C高于参照组(P<0.05)。实验组血浆Hcy与hs-CRP水平低于参照组,实验组DAT高于参照组,AT、E1/dB低于参照组(P<0.05)。实验组斑块数量少于参照组,斑块面积小于参照组,IMT厚度薄于参照组(P<0.05)。结论:通心络联合瑞舒伐他汀钙片,拜阿司匹林联合应用在高脂血症伴颈动脉粥样硬化中的效果确切,可改善血浆血脂水平。

Objective:To investigate the clinical value of Tongxinluo,Rosuvastatin calcium tablets and aspirin in the treatment of hyperlipidemia with carotid atherosclerosis.Methods:68 patients with hyperlipidemia and carotid atherosclerosis admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to April 2022 were selected as the study cases.According to the computer table method,they were divided into experimental group and reference group,34 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with rosuvastatin calcium tablets and aspirin,and the experimental group was treated with Tongxinluo on the basis of the reference group.Blood lipid,plasma Hcy and hs-CRP levels,contrast-enhanced ultrasound index,plaque quantity,area and IMT thickness were compared between the two groups.Results:TC,TG and LDL-C in experimental group were lower than that in reference group,HDL-C was higher than that in reference group(P<0.05).The levels of Hcy and hs-CRP in the experimental group were lower than those in the reference group,the levels of DAT in the experimental group were higher than those in the reference group,and the levels of AT and E1/dB were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The number of plaques in the experimental group was lower than that in the reference group,the plaque area was smaller than that in the reference group,and the IMT thickness was thinner(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tongxinluo combined with Rosuvastatin calcium tablets,Baiaspirin combined application in hyperlipidemia with carotid atherosclerosis effect is accurate,can improve plasma lipid level.
