rhGH联合赖氨肌醇维B_(12)口服液对特发性矮小症患儿骨矿物质密度和生长发育的影响

Effects of rhGH combined with lysine inositol B_(12) on bone mineral density and growth and development in children with idiopathic short stature

目的:观察重组人生长激素(Recombinant human growth hormone,rhGH)联合赖氨肌醇维B_(12)口服液对特发性矮小症患儿骨矿物质密度和生长发育的影响。方法:选取2022年6月至2023年6月间医院收治的68例特发性矮小症患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各34例,对照组使用rhGH治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用赖氨肌醇维B_(12)口服液治疗。观察两组骨矿物质密度、血清骨代谢水平、胰岛素样生长因子1(Insulin-like growth factor 1,IGF-1)、IGF结合蛋白3(IGF-binding protein 3,IGF-BP3)、身高、体重、生长速率指标的变化情况。结果:观察组治疗后骨密度高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后骨钙素(Osteocalcin,OC)、25羟-维生素D[25 hydroxy-vitamin D,25-(OH)D]、骨碱性磷酸酶(Bone alkaline phosphatase,BALP)水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组IGF-1、IGF-BP3水平高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后身高、体重、生长速率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:rhGH联合赖氨肌醇维B_(12)口服液治疗特发性矮小症可以改善患儿骨矿物质密度和生长发育情况。

Objective:To observe the effects of recombinant human growth hormone(rhGH)combined with lysine inositol B_(12) on bone mineral density and growth and development in children with idiopathic short stature(ISS).Methods:A total of 68 children with ISS admitted to the hospital were enrolled between June 2022 and June 2023.According to random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 34 cases in each group.The changes of bone mineral density,serum bone metabolism indexes,insulin-like growth factor 1(IGF-1),IGF binding protein 3(IGF-BP3),height,weight and growth rate in the two groups were observed.Results:After treatment,bone mineral density was higher in observation group than control group(P<0.05),levels of osteocalcin(OC),25-hydroxyvitamin D[25-(OH)D],bone alkaline phosphatase(BALP)were higher in observation group(P<0.05),levels of IGF-1 and IGF-BP3 were higher in observation group(P<0.05),height,weight and growth rate were also higher in observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:rhGH combined with lysine inositol B_(12) can improve bone mineral density and growth and development in ISS children.
