摘要
采用壳聚糖(CTS)与聚硅酸硫酸铁(PFSS)进行复配制备出壳聚糖/聚硅酸硫酸铁复合絮凝剂,通过控制两者比例得到复合絮凝剂的最优比,并探究pH值、壳聚糖用量、静置时间及聚硅酸硫酸铁用量对造纸废水处理效果的影响。结果表明:在50 mL废水中加入1.5 mL的聚硅酸硫酸铁、1.5 mL质量分数为1%的壳聚糖醋酸溶液制备得到的复合絮凝剂,其化学需氧量(COD)去除率可达85%以上;同时,该絮凝剂絮体体积增大,沉降速度加快,处理造纸废水效果明显。
A composite flocculant of chitosan/polysilicate iron sulfate(PFSS)was prepared by compounding chitosan(CTS)and polysilicate iron sulfate(PFSS).The optimal ratio of the composite flocculant was obtained by controlling the ratio of the two,and the effects of pH value,chitosan dosage,settling time,and polysilicate iron sulfate dosage on the treatment efficiency of papermaking wastewater were investigated.The results showed that the removal rate of chemical oxygen demand(COD)of the composite flocculant prepared by adding 1.5 mL polysilicate ferric sulfate and 1.5mL chitosan acetic acid with mass fraction of 1% into 50 mL wastewater was more than 85%.At the same time,the floc volume of the flocculant increases,the settling speed accelerates,and the treatment effect of papermaking wastewater are obvious.
