摘要
浆粕车间蒸球泄放汽具有放汽频度高、瞬时放汽量大等特点,考虑投资、操作等因素,经过综合对比,采用直接接触的填料吸收塔换热方式最为经济。通过一级盘式分布器喷淋、二级喷头喷淋、填料均匀换热和蓄热过程的设计,可达到稳定输出热量、液滴分布均匀的效果,其废热收集后产生的热水可以稳定输出作为厂区原有三级闪蒸罐热水热源。其次,通过Aspen Plus和经验公式,计算浆粕蒸球泄放汽吸收塔的直径、填料高度等工艺参数,经过现场技术改造和实际运行,达到了良好的热能回收运行效果。
The steam discharge from pulp mill is characterized by high frequency and large instantaneous steam discharge,the most economical way of heat transfer is the direct contact packed absorber.By adopting the design of one-stage disc distributor spray,two-stage sprinkler spray,uniform heat transfer of packing and heat storage process,the effect of stable output heat and uniform distribution of droplets can be achieved,the hot water produced by the waste heat collection can be used as the heat source of the original three-stage flash evaporator.Secondly,through adopting Aspen Plus and empirical formula,the technological parameters such as diameter and packing height of the pulp steam absorption tower are calculated,good operation effect of heat recovery is achieved.
