气化系统冲刷腐蚀及预防研究

摘要 由于煤化工气化系统设备管道多、流程复杂,冲刷腐蚀问题尤为突出。以万华烟台气化装置为例,通过深入分析煤化工气化系统常发生的冲刷腐蚀,归纳和分析腐蚀的内在机理,通过对冲刷腐蚀理论和实际装置试验相结合的方式进行深入研究。本研究的目的是结合生产装置,总结出一套能够应对气化系统冲刷腐蚀的经验方法,预防及减少设备管道腐蚀发生,保障煤化工气化系统管路“安、稳、长、满、优”运行。 Due to the many equipment pipelines and complex processes of the coal chemical gasification system,the problem of erosion corrosion is particularly prominent.Taking Wanhua Yantai gasification device as an example,this paper summarizes and analyzes the internal mechanism of erosion corrosion by in-depth analysis of erosion corrosion common in coal chemical gasification system,and conducts in-depth research by combining erosion corrosion theory and practical device test.The purpose of this study is to summarize a set of empirical methods that can cope with the erosion corrosion of gasification system in combination with the production equipment,prevent and reduce the occurrence of corrosion of equipment pipelines,and ensure the"safe,stable,long,full and excellent"operation of the pipelines of the coal chemical gasification system.
