处理2,3,5-三氯吡啶农药生产废水的工艺研究

摘要 2,3,5-三氯吡啶生产废水具有高COD和高毒特性。通过大量实验确定了2,3,5-三氯吡啶生产废水工艺路线和最佳处理工艺条件。当聚合氯化铝(PAC)的用量为0.3 g/L,聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)的用量为1 mg/L,m(H_(2)O_(2))∶m(COD)=2.5时,依次投三种药剂后搅拌均匀,取上清液进内循环厌氧反应器-二级好氧反应,操作后出水COD值能达到44.5 mg/L,可以达标排放。 2,3,5-trichloropyridine wastewater was highly toxic.The index of chemical oxygen demand was high.The optimum treatment conditions of 2,3,5-trichloropyridine wastewater were determined through experiments.When dosage of PAC is 0.3 g/L,dosage of PAM is 1 mg/L,and m(H_(2)O_(2))∶m(COD)=2.5,in the stirred supernatant PAC,PAM and H_(2)O_(2) were added.And the supernatant was subjected to biochemical reaction.COD of the effluent is 44.5 mg/L,which can meet the discharge standard.
