分析氟比洛芬酯联合羟考酮、舒芬太尼对宫颈癌患者术后睡眠质量及不同时刻心率变化的影响

To Analyze the Effects of Flurbiprofen Axetil Combined with Oxycodone and Sufentanil on Sleep Quality and Heart Rate at Different Time in Patients with Cervical Cancer after Surgery

目的:分析氟比洛芬酯联合羟考酮对宫颈癌患者术后睡眠质量及不同时刻心率指标的影响。方法:选取2022年1月至2022年12月福建省妇产医院收治的宫颈癌术患者68例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(n=33)和对照组(n=35),对照组给予氟比洛芬酯、舒芬太尼联合方案治疗,观察组给予氟比洛芬酯、羟考酮、舒芬太尼联合方案治疗,采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)比较2组患者睡眠质量的差异,观察并记录2组不同时刻心率(HR)指标的变化情况,采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)比较2组患者干预前后的疼痛感受,并比较2组患者不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,观察组PSQI评分、不同时刻HR水平、VAS评分及并发症的发生率均显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:氟比洛芬酯联合羟考酮、舒芬太尼能够有效改善宫颈癌术后患者的睡眠质量,改善患者心率指标,减轻患者的疼痛感受,降低相关并发症发生风险,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To analyze the effects of flurbiprofen axetil combined with oxycodone on sleep quality and heart rate indexes at different time in patients with cervical cancer after surgery.Methods:A total of 68 cervical cancer patients admitted to Fujian Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into observation group(n=33)and control group(n=35)according to random number table method.The control group was given the combined regimen of flurbiprofen axetil and sufentanil,while the observation group was given the combined regimen of flurbiprofen axetil,oxycodone and sufentanil.Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to compare the differences in sleep quality between the two groups.The changes of heart rate(HR)indexes in the two groups at different times were observed and recorded.Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)was used to compare the pain feelings of the two groups before and after the intervention,and the occurrence of adverse reactions in the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,PSQI score,HR level at different moments,VAS score and incidence of complications in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P s<0.05).Conclusion:Flurbiprofen axetil combined with oxycodone and sufentanil can effectively improve the sleep quality,improve the heart rate index,relieve the pain and reduce the risk of related complications of patients after cervical cancer surgery,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
